Refund Policies

Thank you for your purchase with Om Shanti Harmonics.

We offer return for any defective items within  7 days of receiving your purchase. If 7 days have passed since you have received your items, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Your item must show clear signs of defect.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require proof of purchase by providing your name and original order number.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only offer refund of items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, you will need to place a new order for this item. We cannot guarantee availability of items for replacement orders.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping on Returned Goods

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Policies

Free, Canada-wide shipping is offered on orders over $100. For orders below this, a flat $10 shipping fee is applied. Please note, all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
